- WHAT’S GETRUNNER?
- GetRunner is on-demand runner services that connect customer with runner. We providing a
wide range of services that include food delivery, despatch, surprise delivery, utility bill
payment, shopping and special task.
- IS YOUR COMPANY REGISTERED?
- Yes, we are. We are a registered company under the Companies Commission of Malaysia
(CCM). GetRunner have been operated by GetMove Sdn. Bhd. and our registration number
- WHERE IS GETRUNNER AVAILABLE?
- For now we are only available in Terengganu, Kota Bharu, Kuantan and Kulim. However in
future it’s will be available all over Malaysia.
- WHAT IS YOUR OPERATION HOURS ?
- We operate every day from 8 am to 11 pm. Looking to extend the hours when needed.
- IS YOUR RUNNER CAN BE TRUSTED?
- We keep record of all their relevant documents such as identity card, vehicle details and
driver’s license. They will also need to go through our registration and briefing process
before being able to become our runner.
- HOW LONG THE DELIVERY WILL TAKE TIME ?
- We will deliver it in minimum 30 minute time-frame. But it’s also depend on type of jobs and

- You can pay via Online Banking or Cash On Delivery (COD). For online banking will be
secured by Billplz.
- HOW TO GET IN CONTACT WITH GETRUNNER?

- I HAVE COMPLETED MY BOOKING. WHAT’S NEXT?
- Once you have completed the booking form on our website, your order will be matching with
nerby runner. You will receive a notification via email or SMS when your order has been
accepted by the runner.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- In the event that you have confirmed and submitted your orders, no cancellation are allowed.
- WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF VEHICLES YOU HAVE?
- Currently we are only using motobike and car.
- DO I NEED TO TIPS THE DRIVER / RIDER ?
- No need to tips them however, if You are happy with them, Little tips could help.
- DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE OR LIABILITY COVERAGE?
- We do not personally provide insurance coverage for your items. However, if you wish to
have your items insured, you can make a request. We will help to connect you with an
insurance provider and you will have to pay a premium for the coverage. Please contact us
should you require more information regarding insurance coverage.
- WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
- The fastest way to fix an issue is to call the runner first; we include their phone number on
every confirmation order. If that proves unsuccessful, then you can reach out to our
